One of my biggest passions is interior design and architecture. Consequently, I have successfully dipped my shoes in residential real estate, overseeing not only the interior design and art direction but also managing timing and budget. I breathed soul and life into buildings that had lost their original flair.
The redesign was not only executed within a budget but also tailored to the property type and to resonate with the average income class, defined as the key target group.
As a result, these properties were sold above their asking price within a matter of a couple of weeks.
